Terms & Conditions

The use of this site is governed by our site policies. Your usage of www.evergalafurniture.com indicates your acceptance of our policies, as agreed by:

EverGala Furniture Co., Limited (hereinafter referred to as “EverGala”, “we”, “us” and “our”), and you (“Customers”, “Buyers”, “you”, or “your”).

EverGala reserves the right to make changes to this website and the terms and conditions at any time.

By ordering at www.evergalafurniture.com, you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database and email transactional order, shipping, and review emails. We may contact you about offers and new products. You can unsubscribe any time by selecting the unsubscribe button on your newsletter, or by emailing us at sales@evergalafurniture.com.


Returns

You have 7 calendar days to apply for a return of an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please send photographs of the item to sales@evergalafurniture.com as proof to apply for a return. EverGala will process your return application in 3-5 working days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The item must be returned and delivered to EverGala’s designated pick-up address. We are not responsible for picking up your item from a shipping port (airport, seaport) or otherwise, nor responsible for any related customs clearance.


Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. We will notify you within 7 working days on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a partial or full refund to you. A refund will be issued to your payment/bank account (same as your order’s payment account) or as in-store credit on your next purchase, depending on your preference.


Shipping

Your purchase order to www.evergalafurniture.com indicates acceptance of our default international trade term as Ex Works (EXW), unless other specific terms (such as FOB, CIF, or DDP) are explicitly agreed upon in writing.

  • If the Buyer arranges shipping: The transportation is under the customer’s full responsibility and handled by a shipping company of your choosing. EverGala is not accountable for any damage, loss, or fees incurred during transit. Customers shall appoint a shipping agent to collect the goods from our designated pick-up address.
  • If EverGala is appointed to arrange shipping: We take responsibility for coordinating the logistics and ensuring your goods are delivered safely to the agreed destination (port or doorstep, depending on the agreed terms).

You can contact sales@evergalafurniture.com for shipping assistance. Any shipping concerns after placing your order—such as logistics pricing or estimated delivery time—should be communicated with our sales team or the designated shipping company.

All pricing on www.evergalafurniture.com includes the item cost only; it does not include shipping costs, customs clearance costs, or taxes unless specifically stated in your formal quote. We ensure every order is in good condition before dispatching from our facility. For customers who do not provide correct delivery and contact information, any resulting additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer.


Delivery Time

The processing and leading time stated on www.evergalafurniture.com are for reference only. Please note that public holidays or peak seasons will affect the dispatch timeline. EverGala will not be accountable for delays due to public holidays, peak seasons, or loss/damage relating to late deliveries.

Please ensure you allow adequate time for delivery. Our production leading time is advertised on each product description page; please note that these are production times only and do not include dispatch and delivery time.

Order Cancellation: As we produce items specifically for you, once we receive your payment, orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. If there are incorrect items in your order, please contact sales@evergalafurniture.com within 24 hours. EverGala may accept item adjustments but does not accept payment refunds for cancellations.
